The Clean Plate Club is committed to extending hospitality beyond the walls of our restaurants and into the community we serve. We actively support local schools, hospitals, and dozens of not for profit organizations. We have two fantastic ways to help your organization raise money.

Lift a Fork Program

Merles #1 Barbecue is committed to giving back to the community and invites you to have your next fundraiser with us.

On a mutually agreeable evening we can host your fundraiser, which can be customized to your organization's, needs. Here’s how our promotion works.

• You provide your group with a flyer to promote the event.
  
• On the night of the event, attendees come in for dinner and let their servers know that they are supporting your event.
  
• Merles #1 Barbecue donates a percentage of the sales of each participating customer's bill (pre-tax and tip) to your group.

This is a fun and festive way for you group to come in for a great dining experience AND contribute to your organization.
